The Grays Inn was built by Benjamin Gray from Blackiston during 1855 and named after the London based establishment Grays Inn which had been owned by his family. Mr Gray brewed his own beer at his property in Blackiston which led him to building the Grays Inn and growing his business.
The WELL a main feature within the hotel. The well which was found during renovations and restored, can now be found in our restaurant. The well was one of the water supplies for the hotel, other local businesses and before that sheep farmers and homes during the 1800s.























The Youth Opportunities Personal Leadership Program is a one day per week training program that runs over a school term. It is offered to year 10 students in schools and organisations across metropolitan and regional South Australia.
